We understand that (online) stores face a lot of challenges on the procurement side of the business. It starts with finding suitable products which can be very time consuming. When a desired product has been found and there is contact with the supplier, the price and purchase quantities must be negotiated. Both are crucial, but to get the best terms a customer is often required to purchase full pallets of each product. This means that (online) stores have to keep relatively large stocks of each item; which can create a significant warehousing, cash-flow risk, and limited product line. Lastly, to start selling online, it is essential to have the necessary marketing information, both in text and images; which can take a very long time to acquire and creates a burden on the brand owners to produce.
We eliminate these challenges for both the brands and the webstore owners, by having these resources available from the brands, for the webstores, and able to be downloaded from our website. Our broad inventory and ability to mix products allows brands to sell smaller quantities of products competitively, and for webstores to acquire a broader range of brands for their stores which are convenient to set-up, order, and are competitively priced.
How and what
Our online wholesale platform contains a wide range of carefully selected food products, which are stored in our state-of-art IFS certified warehouse, located in The Netherlands. Before a customer can view and order products, an account must first be created on our online wholesale platform. It is only possible for companies based in Europe to create an account, but we do make exceptions. Please send us an email to email@example.com, to discuss the possibilities, if your business is located outside Europe.
The moment we have approved the registration, the customer can login. After logging in, the customer will have direct access to our online wholesale portal. In addition to the standard product details, the customer can also find things like recommended retail prices (RRP), sales margins, trading unit (TU) details, and even brand marketing information. Within the online portal, all products are clearly arranged, allowing you to find desired products within the use of our convenient filter options. When all the desired products have been selected, the customer can indicate whether the order will be collected from our warehouse or whether we should deliver it using our logistics partner. Depending on the order volume and the delivery address, we may deliver your order for free. All products are offered as trading unit (TU) on our online wholesale platform.
Payment must be made before each is complete. We offer a multitude of online payment options such as CreditCard, iDeal, Giropay, Cartes Bancaires, Przelewy24, Bancontact, etc. As soon as the customer has received a confirmation of the order by mail, all products will be picked in our warehouse and prepared for transport. Depending on whether the order is collected or shipped, the customer will receive a message regarding the planning and required documentation. It is also possible to obtain marketing and/or product information (text and images) through us.
