Made from fresh unroasted nuts slowly dried below 40ºC, to avoid damaging the enzymes, vitamins, and proteins. Rich in alpha linolenic acid, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamins B & E.
We use hand selected organic walnuts to create this smooth, mildly sweet spread.
